Only The Last Will Stay

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Only The Last Will Stay application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by NATIL, located in Israel. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
Only The Last Will Stay is an elimination-style interactive game where participants compete until one winner remains. Players may purchase entry, votes, or other in-game actions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and participate in any paid features.
3. Payments
Certain features require payment. All transactions are processed by our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to our payment processor's terms of service.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel this agreement and request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
4.2 Exception — Digital Content Already Consumed
Your right to cancel does not apply once you have started to use or access the Service — including:
- Casting votes
- Entering rounds
- Using any in-game feature
By using any of these features, you acknowledge that the digital content has been made immediately available to you and your right of withdrawal is lost accordingly. This is consistent with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
4.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window (where the exception above does not apply), contact us via the Contact Us form within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your request.
4.4 Refunds Beyond 14 Days
After the 14-day window, refunds are at the sole discretion of our payment processor and/or NATIL, on a case-by-case basis, and may be refused.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to cheat, manipulate results, or engage in fraudulent behavior. We reserve the right to disqualify and ban users who violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and game mechanics are the exclusive property of NATIL. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NATIL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the relevant transaction.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
